WELSAT is based in Cusco, Peru. Our basic Terms and Conditions for providing service are:
- Reservations may be made at any time during the year, by telephone, email or fax.
- Our services will be confirmed upon receipt of a 50% prepaid deposit based on the quoted total tour cost.
- Your prepaid deposit is fully refundable providing that you provide us a minimum of 15 days advance notice of cancellation of your reservation. In some cases, advance purchase of entry admissions to certain cultural sites, events and/or special reservations and payments of services (including domestic air travel) is required and these may not be refundable.
- WELSAT is not responsible or liable for cancelled flights, mechanical failures, adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances that may impact your tour schedule but we will work through any challenges with you to ensure that you are satisfied.
- Payment is required in US $ dollars by cash, traveller's check, credit card (Visa, Mastercard only) or bank wire transfer.
- WELSAT does not provide personal or group travel, accident or medical insurance - please ensure that you make your own arrangements for such coverage as part of your trip planning.
